The Company
Leisure Lines was incorporated in 1996.
Leisure Lines has maintained a commitment to produce one of the most extensive and affordable selectorised, free weight and plate loaded product lines on the market today, our focus has been purely commercial strength equipment no CV, no domestic products in an attempt to be the best at one thing. There will always be a demand within the fitness industry for individuality not every customer wants to nail their flag to the huge global operators.
The senior management of Leisure Lines have come from very different backgrounds and experiences and are able to channel this expertise into the design of commercial strength equipment. We consider ourselves to be a think tank development team, all products are UK designed and manufactured at our 12,000 sq.ft factory in Hinckley. Leicestershire
Personalities
Leisure Lines is owned outright by its current 2 directors Andy Turner technical director and Rob Coleman Managing Director. Both have been involved in the design and manufacture of commercial strength equipment for over 15 years.
Andy Turner trained in the steel engineering/fabrication sector having a degree in design engineering and has previously been a competing power lifter.Andy also competed at national level in the ultrafit challenge.
Rob Coleman served through the eighties with the British army assigned to Nato's Allied command Europe rapid reaction unit (A.C.E mobile force) and has been a keen skier and amateur boxer.
Design Consultant
Gary Mason has been in the Fitness Industry for over 15 years, initially operating and part owning clubs, personal training and then moving on to the sales and development of Fitness Equipment with PowerSport, Pulse Fitness and later returning to PowerSport to specialise in the Military and Uniformed Services Market. As an ex Royal Marine he is keen on all outdoor sports especially Mountaineering, Skiing and Sailing.
